The Northern Hall

Our ‘Northern hall’ is very spacious and is made of beautiful native Kauri with exposed wooden kauri floors. This hall can seat up to 100 people. It has a full-size attached kitchen and multiple-user toilet facilities.

The Middle Hall

Our middle hall is currently out of commission due to storage requirements post the church fire.
Gorgeous Hospitality Space for Meetings
We also have a meeting room for small boards or groups to hire. This room has an a large wooden board table, espresso machine, kitchenette, and fridge. It can seat 10 people comfortably. It is beautifully furnished and has wi-fi and a mobile monitor for those presentations.
The Church Sanctuary
Currently our worship sanctuary is out of action.
Please note that St Stephen’s is very much an active church with a worshipping community. Therefore, hiring our worship space (sanctuary) will meet different criteria than our other spaces. Proposed events need to align with the tikanga (culture) of our sacred space and be approved by our leadership team.
